I have been to this place 5 times since my first time two months ago. Food is outstanding. Prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly. The panang curry is probably the best curry I have ever had. 10/10 recommend it's delicious.

This Thai place has it going on. I am always blessed to find restaurants that are reasonably priced with food that tastes like it should be on a major block getting tons of foot traffic. I absolutely recommend coming here, the staff was attentive and quick to process the food, the food tasted great and the portion size was perfect for the lunch special. I will definitely be back again in the future.

Been going to Chiang Mai for years. It is far and away my favorite Thai restaurant in Boise. The interior (particularly the restrooms) could use an update, and the service can occasionally be on the slower side depending on their busyness/staffing. They do get quite busy. These criticisms are in no way unique to Chiang Mai, and I assert that the quality of the food and the people more than makes up for any areas in which they may be lacking. As an added bonus, I believe they are the only one in the area to offer a family-style dinner option.

Got the yellow curry with chicken. Was reasonably priced at 10.95. What I loved was the taste of the curry and the spice. Great rich and creamy taste, and 3/5 spiciness. Was an awesome lunch and experience.
